Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to executives in charge of real estate leasing.
  • Assist in sourcing new acquisitions opportunities.
  • Prepare lease, listing, management agreements and various real estate related agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation of leases.
  • Prepare lease abstracts.
  • General office procedures.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Real estate company, investor, commercial property owner and/or property management experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
