Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-
Provide administrative support to executives in charge of real
estate leasing.

Assist in sourcing new acquisitions opportunities.
-
Prepare lease, listing, management agreements and various real
estate related agreements.
-
Assist in the preparation of leases.
-
Prepare lease abstracts.
-
General office procedures.
-
Special projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
-
Real
estate company, investor, commercial property owner and/or
property management experience a plus
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
-
Must
be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
-
Must
have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Must
have excellent organizational skills.
