Regional Commercial leasing executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include the following: 

• Provide strategic leasing oversight to the portfolio
• Manage an internal leasing staff
• Coordinate the marketing and leasing efforts of third party brokers
• Directly negotiate larger leases, renewals and expansions
• Review and approve smaller leasing transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with larger tenants and the brokerage community
• Ensure third party brokers and property managers maintain excellent relationships with our tenants
• Must be able to travel with short notice
