Executive
Suites Leasing Manager
Company Description
A privately held Real Estate Company in the United States with a
diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail and multi-family
residential real estate assets nationwide. With the corporate
location in west Los Angeles and asset work-sites in 3 states, we
are presently looking to strengthen our Property Management team.
Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a well-rounded,
self-motivated Executive Suites Leasing Manager to join
our team.
Job
Responsibilities
The candidate will report to the Leasing Director. You will be a
key member of the property management process, overseeing a full
building of executive suites.

Responsible for
the leasing of individual suites
-
Builds strong
relationships and is visible with tenants to increase revenue
for the project through renewals and expansions.

Continually
seeks ways to maximize service revenue in the project.

Serves as the
first line of escalation and resolution of tenant concerns in
conjunction with the Director of Property Management, as needed.

Oversees the
tenant move in and out process

Serve as a
daily contact for tenants in project through consistently
networking with the tenants in order to build strong
relationships and generate referrals.
Key Position Requirement

At least 3
years of prior work experience in real estate leasing

Solid
organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and
multi-task
-
Working
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to
communicate effectively and professionally

Strong people
management skills
-
Strong Customer
Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and
calm in high pressure or continually changing situations

Ability to
operate basic office equipment
-
High School
Diploma or equivalent
