Mr. Henry actively pursues value-added opportunities in retail, office and industrial properties throughout the U.S. and has acquired more than 4,000,000 square feet of space during his tenure with BH Properties. Prior to joining BH Properties in 2004, Mr. Henry was the Acquisitions/Disposition Manager for Amerishop, where he acquired value-added real estate for private equity and pension fund clients. His resume also includes his work in asset management across many property types for AMRESCO and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Mr. Henry began his real estate career in Dallas as a commercial loan underwriter for First American Bank.

Mr. Henry graduated from Louisiana State University in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Mr. Henry is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is based in Dallas, Texas
